Are you a builder? Do you need to show off you work in the best light? This package is tailored for you! Through my time working with luxury builders and property developers I’ve learned how to show off houses and lifestyles in their best possible light. This package represents that. Although this ‘package’ is more like a starting point to start from as we tailor your shoot/s to suit your needs, here’s where we start:

FOR BUILDERS
Add Images:
With this add-on, you can add images to any package. You can add 5 images for $20 or 10 for $30
Weekend Shoot:
We understand how busy you are during the week, which is why we added this option to shoot on a weekend for $50 (Subject to availability)
Twilight Shoot:
Everything looks better at twilight. Wether you are too busy during the day or you really want the house to pop you can choose this add on for $50 more. (this add-on can be packaged with the weekend shoot for $80)(Also subject to availability)
Blue Skies:
The weather isn’t always perfect, but your listing shouldn’t have to suffer. Buy this add-on and get sky blueing for $10 per photo
Green Grass:
Contrary to popular belief the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. If your properties grass isn’t looking as green as can be, we can fix that for $10 per photo

Your listing is unique, so we give you some helpful add-ons to make it stand out
Next Day Rush:
When time is of the essence, waiting takes forever. For an additional 50% on your final price we can have your images back to you by 10 AM the next day (Not available with all shoots and heavily subject to availability)
Feature Photos:
Does your property have awesome features? If there’s any part of your home that deserves its own special photo, add this to your order.
Social Media Photos:
This package is tailor made for social media. When you add this package you get 10 images of whatever you’d like formatted for both stories and posts. If you select this you’ll get 10 images in both formats for $30
Social Media Content Formatting:
This add-on is ideal for anyone who markets aggressively on social media. Most people loose valuable screen space by not having their Content formatted to best suit iPhone screen size. If you want to make the most out of your social media engagement, add this extra to your order for $25/post

Another added benefit is not only more views, but you also get up to 50% reduction in time on market prior to sale. You can get all those benefits starting at $100
